USGBC Opens Balloting For New LEED EB Rating System
The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) opened the member ballot process for the LEED for Existing Buildings Rating Systems last week. The member ballot is the final step in the process used to develop, test, evaluate, revise and publish LEED rating systems and credit updates. Take advantage of this opportunity to vote on the evolution of the LEED Green Building Rating System. The USGBC Balloting Policy requires that the ballot period remain open for 30 days; in this case, from October 24 until November 22, 2007, 5:00 p.m. EDT. Only an organization's USGBC Primary Contact may vote. Vote on the LEED for Existing Buildings Rating System at www.usgbc.org, click on "LEED" at the top of the page, then click on Existing Buildings Operation and Maintenance, then on Download the Existing Buildings Version 2.0 Rating System.
