The Mechanical Contracting Education & Research Foundation (MCERF) is looking for contractors who have the appropriate experience and time to help develop its Online Piping Usage and Specification (OPUS) project. A task force has formed, consisting of several manufacturer and supplier representatives, but contractors are also needed who have experience with installing and specifying pipe and who are familiar with delivering and using information over the Internet. OPUS involves converting printed material into an interactive online product. Interested contractors should be available to attend at least two face-to-face meetings, to review several sections of the revised material for OPUS, and take part in conference calls, as necessary. MCERF will reimburse travel and elated expenses. For more information read about MCERF's
