In eary September, two MCAA member firms contributed a combined $10,500 to the Mechanical Contracting Education & Research Foundation (MCERF). Mechanical, Inc. of Hillside, IL (principals Brian Helm and Mike Culllinane) contributed $7,500 and Hussung Mechanical/HMC Service of Louisville, KY (principals David L. Hussung and Wayne Turchetta) contributed $3,000. MCERF President Bob FitzGerald expressed his appreciation for the generous donations saying, "Their support confirms that the Foundation is providing the many contractors from all sectors of our industry with valuable educational and research programs, and we sincerely thank them."
