There is no formal application for MCERF funding of a research project. To apply, we suggest the following steps:

1. Make initial contact about the request with MCERF national staff in Rockville, MD. Contact Dennis Langley at 800-556-3653 or at dlangley@mcaa.org.
2. Be prepared to submit your request in the form of a one-page summary request and project description.
3. Keep it simple! The request will be read by several very busy, working industry practitioners.
4. Your submission should include these components:
   • Project description (short)
   • Problem or opportunity to be addressed
   • Intended audience
   • Intended results
   • Duration of project
   • Total cost of project*
     
     *Do not submit detail unless/until requested. If the Board is interested in a project, they will request budgetary and program details, possibly including a face-to-face meeting with the principal.
